Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Perform complex financial analysis for business functions and units, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
• Drive weekly, monthly, and long-term forecasting by analyzing business trends and aligning plans with organizational objectives.
• Provide financial guidance on controls, budgeting, planning, investments, return on investment, and business strategy.
• Represent finance in cross-functional teams and influence decisions through strong relationships with business leaders.
• Lead moderate- to high-complexity projects, prepare professional reports, and support operational and strategic plans.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to policy, process, and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field; an advanced degree may be considered with 3–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial modeling, financial planning, financial statements, internal controls, KPIs, P&L management, and variance analysis.
• Experience with SAP applications, data analysis, automation, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Experience in cost accounting, product costing, or supply chain finance business partnering.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
