Finance Analyst

TL;DR

Finance Analyst (Finance): Managing day-to-day finance operations and financial planning for the Thailand business with an accent on budget submission, forecasting, and P&L analysis. Focus on providing business partner support, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and collaborating with the Asia Shared Service Centre.

Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite at Ari Hills Building).

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day finance operations and support the Thailand finance team.
• Prepare timely and accurate budget, forecast, and 3-year planning submissions.
• Monitor sales pacing and cost spending to identify risks and opportunities.
• Perform monthly P&L reviews and coordinate with the Shared Service Centre for month-end closing.
• Provide business partner support to event teams and liaise with auditors.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and evaluate performance.

Requirements

• Relevant accounting or finance degree required.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or business partnering within an MNC environment.
• Fluent in Thai and English languages.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or SAP.
• Familiarity with local Thai statutory and tax regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
