TL;DR
Finance Analyst (FP&A/Financial Operations): Supporting Thailand finance operations through budgeting, forecasting, three-year planning, month-end P&L reviews, and business partnering with an accent on financial reporting, statutory compliance, and intercompany accounting. Focus on analyzing financial performance, identifying business risks and opportunities, and improving reporting and planning processes.

What you will do
- Prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, and three-year plans for the Thailand business.
- Monitor sales pacing and cost spending, identifying and reporting business risks and opportunities.
- Review monthly P&L results and coordinate month-end activities with the Asia Shared Service Centre.
- Ensure correct revenue and cost recording, accruals, intercompany billing, and recharge processes.
- Build financial reports and conduct analysis to support decision-making and evaluate performance.
- Partner with event teams, auditors, management, and other stakeholders on finance matters.
Requirements
- Relevant accounting or finance degree.
- Fluent Thai and English required.
- Familiarity with local Thai statutory and tax regulations.
- At least 3–5 years of experience, preferably in FP&A or business partnering within an MNC environment.
- Working knowledge of Oracle and SAP, plus strong understanding of financial regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization, organization, and independent-working skills.
