What you will do

• Lead product and process improvement initiatives using quality engineering principles and structured problem-solving methods.
• Analyze manufacturing performance indicators, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coach teams on continuous improvement practices, Plant Optimization methodologies, and quality standards.
• Manage quality-related projects through planning, risk management, execution, and communication.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements and resolve technical challenges.
• Support new product introduction, process optimization, waste reduction, quality compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, technology, mathematics, or a related technical discipline; an engineering degree is required for Latin America.
• 3.5+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, process engineering, or a related industrial environment.
• English proficiency is required.
• Experience applying structured problem-solving techniques, troubleshooting equipment or process issues, and driving process improvements.
• Knowledge of quality systems, project management methodologies, statistical analysis tools, and quality core tools such as FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plans.
