Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage customer complaints and deliver timely 8D responses.
• Lead internal complaint investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise Quality Technicians and ensure timely completion of process audits.
• Support NPI activities, including high-quality sample submissions and quality documentation.
• Manage MRB activities, material disposition, and Cost of Poor Quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with customer complaints, internal quality issues, corrective actions, and NPI activities.
• Knowledge of MSA (GR&R), SPC, CPK, PPAP, and statistical quality tools.
• Experience leading or coordinating Quality Technicians in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
• Conversational English communication skills required.
