Associate, Product Management (Fintech)

What you will do

• Develop and deliver software applications supporting front-, middle-, and back-office trading and corporate banking functions.
• Guide products through the full lifecycle, from conception and requirements gathering to launch.
• Develop technology product strategy using user research, market analysis, and technical feasibility assessments.
• Create executable roadmaps, manage the product backlog, prioritize deliverables, and track deadlines.
• Execute product delivery using agile methodologies and measure objectives and key results.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, user acceptance testing, and release communications.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field plus one year of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree in one of these fields plus three years of relevant experience.
• Experience across the entire product lifecycle, including analysis, requirements gathering, design, development, QA testing, and production release.
• Experience gathering requirements, creating user experiences, and working with product managers and engineers.
• Ability to assess technical limitations, track project changes, present design rationale, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing technical product roadmaps and guiding user acceptance testing.
• Experience scoping test automation and unit or regression testing using tools including JIRA or Confluence.
