Specialist, Shared Service FA (Finance)

What you will do

• Create and monitor Capex projects and maintain fixed-asset records throughout their lifecycle.
• Create fixed-asset numbers, process disposals and transfers in SAP, and prepare capital accruals and month-end sub-reports.
• Research transactions, prepare adjusting journal entries, download SAP reports, and complete audit workpapers.
• Prepare account reconciliations in BlackLine and support internal and external audits.
• Resolve complex capital projects and act as an SAP super user.
• Lead continuous-improvement projects and collaborate with project managers and global finance counterparts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least two years of progressive experience.
• Experience with SAP and Excel.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support the Global Fixed Asset team, Finance department, and wider organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
