What you will do

• Support compliance and product safety for non-food e-commerce operations across current and future markets.
• Develop and maintain a compliance risk framework covering regulatory, operational, and customer risks.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Operations, Legal, Government Relations, and Technology leaders on strategic initiatives and market expansion.
• Resolve complex compliance challenges while balancing regulatory obligations, customer outcomes, and business objectives.
• Identify systemic risks and root causes, drive improvements, and establish metrics and reporting frameworks.
• Support the growth of compliance team capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in non-food product compliance, product safety, regulatory affairs, and risk management.
• Experience defining strategy and leading large-scale compliance initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Ability to build scalable mechanisms, operating models, governance frameworks, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and aligning Product, Legal, Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams.
• Demonstrated success identifying systemic risks, resolving root causes, and supporting growth across multiple products, markets, or regions.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and executive communication skills.
