What you will do

• Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice on commercial contracts, network infrastructure agreements and network site arrangements.
• Support the integration, deployment and enhancement of the hirify.globalThree network.
• Advise on legislation and regulatory requirements while balancing commercial objectives.
• Identify, assess and mitigate legal, regulatory, financial and reputational risks with business stakeholders.
• Develop legal guidance, training and knowledge-sharing initiatives for teams across the business.
• Support automation, simplification and scalable legal processes that improve efficiency and self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with experience in a leading telecommunications organisation or strong knowledge of the telecommunications sector.
• Knowledge of technology and telecommunications markets and evolving legal and regulatory trends.
• Experience identifying, assessing and managing legal risks while enabling business growth and innovation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into practical solutions.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers and external legal counsel.
• Ability to work from the London or Newbury office on a hybrid basis.
