Product Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States. Hybrid schedule with in-office work Tuesday–Thursday and work-from-home option Monday and Friday.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a product, business, or data analyst role.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of SQL, or willingness to develop SQL skills quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Must already have US work authorization that will not require current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Exposure to commercial lending, CRE, CMBS, or CLO markets.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, or Confluence.
• Interest in applying AI and automation to data analysis or fintech workflows.

What you will do

• Analyze usage patterns, client behavior, and performance metrics for lending products.
• Support product managers with requirements, user stories, and engineering clarification.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering adoption, retention, and engagement.
• Conduct market and competitive research across lending, CRE, and fintech.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and client success teams to collect feedback and track roadmap progress.
• Validate data quality and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal resources.
