Production Operations Associate II - Quality II (Fintech)

Location: US OH CMH 1500; shift from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am

What you will do

• Inspect work in process and finished products to verify compliance with client-specific standards and SLAs.
• Conduct quality inspections, analyses, and tests across production stages.
• Document quantity and quality findings from sampled work in a proprietary database.
• Report findings to leadership and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Identify production, material, process, operator, equipment, and client issues and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to detect minor shade or color variations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Ability to follow established procedures under close supervision.
