FinCrime Operations Quality Assurance Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the UK and able to commute to the Manchester office 1-2 days per week

What you will do

• Execute and maintain the hirify.global Assurance Framework for financial crime processes.
• Perform regular and ad-hoc Quality Checks (QC) on analyst work and operational procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and drive process improvements.
• Provide detailed feedback and coaching to analysts and Team Leaders to enhance performance.
• Develop QA Management Information (MI) and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Experience in a similar QA or compliance role within fintech or financial services.
• Solid AML knowledge and understanding of financial services regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and MI.
• Proven experience in providing tailored feedback and coaching to team members.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 1-2 days per week in the Manchester office.
