Senior Quality Systems Engineer / Quality Control Specialist (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Implement, support, and improve the site Quality Management System (QMS).
• Maintain quality metrics, analyze trends, and communicate site performance and improvement priorities to business and quality leaders.
• Coordinate third-party certification audits, internal audits, management reviews, and QMS interfaces with other manufacturing sites.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and relevant customer-specific requirements.
• Lead corrective action and nonconformance investigations, verify effectiveness, and improve problem-solving competence.
• Control documented information, support document changes, coordinate continual improvement projects, and conduct QMS training.

Requirements

• Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with IATF 16949 and AS9100 is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, operations, manufacturing management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience working within or managing an ISO 9001:2015-certified QMS.
• Experience performing internal audits and working with CAPA systems.
• Root cause and corrective action training and experience, plus leadership and project management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication, accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and document or corrective-action management systems.

Nice to have

• Lead or Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001:2015 or IATF 16949:2016.
• Experience with IATF 16949 and AS9100D requirements.
