Data Governance Architect (SAP)

Location: Denver, Colorado or Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; hybrid schedule with preferred onsite attendance 1–3 days per week. Occasional travel to other headquarters may be expected.

What you will do

• Define data requirements with SAP tower leads during blueprinting for the Customer Core Program.
• Establish customer data governance processes and standards across multiple customer domains with Enterprise Data Governance.
• Collaborate with system integrators, business integrators, and internal business and technology teams.
• Design, develop, document, and maintain the technical architecture supporting the functional design.
• Coordinate technical architects to ensure that architecture designs work together properly.
• Design and implement data warehouses, data marts, and data stores while supporting data availability, reporting, and analytics alignment.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• SAP S/4HANA Utilities or IS-U functional foundation.
• Experience working across business and technology teams in a transformation environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead processes and drive cross-functional collaboration as an individual contributor.
• Experience defining data standards and models for warehouse architectures.

Nice to have

• SAP Datasphere certification.
• SAP Analytics Cloud certification.
• CDMP certification.
• Experience with enterprise data governance practices and reporting and analytics alignment.
• Experience defining data requirements and governance standards across multiple data domains.
