Solution Architect - SAP S/4HANA Data Migration

What you will do

• Lead the Enterprise Data Management team and global data migration activities across EMEA, North America, GAR, and LATAM.
• Develop and execute migration strategies, approaches, plans, estimates, and progress reporting.
• Lead data discovery workshops and gather migration requirements with business stakeholders and SAP teams.
• Manage data extraction, transformation, loading, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Lead migrations from legacy applications and SAP ECC into SAP S/4HANA using Syniti and SAP Data Services.
• Provide technical guidance, coordinate defect resolution, and support successful program delivery.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data migration, including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in enterprise data migration strategy, planning, and execution.
• Experience leading global data migration teams across multiple geographies.
• Hands-on experience with Syniti and strong knowledge of SAP Data Services, including transformations, job creation, scripting, and automation.
• Experience with SAP loading tools such as LSMW, LTMC, and Direct Object Controls.
• Strong stakeholder management, client-facing communication, requirements gathering, defect management, and project tracking skills.
