Product Manager (Artemis)

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States (strongly preferred) or Washington, D.C., United States. The role includes 25–50% domestic and international travel. Only U.S. Citizens will be considered.

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Shape Artemis product strategy by translating end-user workflows and mission needs into product priorities and requirements.
• Pressure-test features, analytic outputs, and workflows against the practices of strategic communications and intelligence professionals.
• Lead senior customer demonstrations, briefings, and working sessions with government and defense audiences.
• Synthesize customer needs into roadmap input and support capture, proposals, and pursuit activities.
• Develop market positioning, messaging, differentiation, briefings, collateral, and thought-leadership materials.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data strategy, operations, marketing, sales, and executive teams.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5–10 years of experience in strategic communications, information-environment analysis, information operations, or related national security work within State, the IC, DoD, or a comparable setting.
• Manager-level understanding of how strategic communications and information-environment professionals analyze and act in the information environment.
• Experience leading senior customer-facing engagements and briefings with government or defense audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate operational needs into product, positioning, and business inputs.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion in senior and customer-facing settings.

Nice to have

• Experience transitioning government or defense expertise into product, business development, or customer-facing work at a technology company.
• Experience in data-informed strategic communications, public diplomacy, or counter-disinformation.
• Experience shaping or evaluating software tools, intelligence platforms, or analytic capabilities.
• Experience with competitive analysis, product marketing, or business development in national security technology.
• Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software, data analytics, or intelligence platforms; active or recent Top Secret clearance.
