Senior Product Analyst – Application Lifecycle (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Argentina

Salary: $50,000–$58,000 per year

What you will do

• Conduct exploratory analyses to identify user pain points, usage insights, conversion opportunities, and key moments across the loan application lifecycle.
• Build reusable and ad hoc data views, dashboards, and reports using SQL or scripting languages to provide visibility into product performance.
• Measure product launches and A/B experiments, monitor post-launch performance, and validate analytics events.
• Define data requirements with product managers and engineers to ensure new features can be measured accurately.
• Create anomaly detection to identify behavioral shifts that may indicate production issues.
• Analyze verification, underwriting, sales, and funding workflows to identify automation and performance-improvement opportunities in collaboration with product and ML/AI teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data or product analysis.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries, CTEs, and window functions.
• Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI, plus basic Python and Git knowledge.
• Strong background in experimentation and statistical analysis.
• Experience with product analytics tools such as Heap, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Fluent English, written and verbal; CV submission in English only.
