Staff Frontend Software Engineer (AdTech)

What you will do

• Own frontend architecture across multiple product areas, making foundational decisions on performance, scalability, accessibility, and design systems.
• Set frontend engineering standards through reusable patterns, tooling, and development practices.
• Shape and maintain the frontend platform roadmap in alignment with product and business goals.
• Lead major cross-functional technical initiatives with Product, Design, backend engineering, data scientists, and product managers.
• Improve developer experience across development, testing, and deployment workflows.
• Estahirify.globalh a testing approach covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing while balancing confidence and delivery speed.

Requirements

• Staff-level frontend software engineering experience with strong technical leadership.
• Experience shaping frontend architecture and making decisions across performance, scalability, accessibility, and design systems.
• Ability to define engineering standards, technical roadmaps, and platform practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with Product, Design, backend engineering, and data science teams.
• Strong mentoring, communication, systems thinking, and engineering quality mindset.
• Must be based in London or Edinburgh and work in a hybrid setup.
