Technical Web Lead (React)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; London, England, United Kingdom; New York, New York, United States; Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; or Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Hybrid work model with onsite work required at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Lead development of complex website features, templates, reusable components, and CMS-driven experiences.
• Translate design, content, campaign, and business requirements into responsive, accessible, production-ready web experiences.
• Partner with design, content, marketing, operations, and external agencies to scope, test, launch, and monitor web enhancements.
• Define development standards covering code quality, QA, release readiness, CMS patterns, documentation, and reusable components.
• Evolve CMS architecture, including content models, page types, component libraries, and multisite implementation patterns.
• Improve site performance, accessibility, technical SEO, analytics and tagging, experimentation, and conversion-focused journeys.

Requirements

• 7+ years of web development experience supporting marketing websites, corporate websites, campaign pages, and CMS-driven digital experiences.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or complex marketing websites supporting demand generation, sales-led conversion, self-serve journeys, or pipeline creation.
• Experience with modern or headless CMS platforms, reusable content models, component libraries, QA workflows, release processes, accessibility, technical SEO, and performance optimization.
• Strong front-end development skills with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and responsive component-based development.
• Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, Sanity, Contentful, Vercel, Netlify, or similar tools.
• Experience with analytics and marketing technology implementation, technical troubleshooting, code reviews, mentoring, agency oversight, localization, and multilingual or multisite web operations.
