Product Designer (B2B)

Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere with at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone between 8am and 6pm.

What you will do

• Own the B2B management dashboard used by administrators to oversee and direct cybersecurity training initiatives.
• Design onboarding flows, new features, and business-specific product experiences.
• Maintain a consistent and coherent quality bar for B2B design across the product.
• Shape B2B product strategy with Product, Engineering, Data, founders, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
• Run user research and usability testing to identify and reduce friction.
• Communicate design vision and rationale to stakeholders and use AI and emerging tools to accelerate discovery, validation, and prototyping.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B.
• Experience independently driving work forward and making outcome-focused product decisions.
• Strong attention to clarity, craft, and user experience.
• Strong working relationships with Product Management, Engineering, and Data.
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve and accelerate the design process.
• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone.
