Senior .NET Developer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote or hybrid in Poland or Cyprus

hirify.global develops software products, including a healthcare platform for remote radiology diagnosis and intelligent distribution of diagnostic tasks across physician workloads.

What you will do

• Own the development and enhancement of core platform features while maintaining stability and performance.
• Review code and establish high standards for code quality across the team.
• Work with cross-functional stakeholders to refine product requirements.
• Run technical demos, explain trade-offs, and communicate engineering decisions clearly.
• Improve team processes, contribute to technical discussions, and identify blockers early.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on .NET web development experience with scalable, performance-sensitive production systems.
• Strong experience with .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, and MS SQL, including database schema design and query optimization.
• Healthcare industry experience and familiarity with DICOM medical imaging standards.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and run product demos.
• Daily experience using IDE-integrated AI assistants such as Claude or Cursor, with careful review of generated code and attention to security.
• Upper-Intermediate English or above.
