Senior / Middle .NET Developer (E-commerce Marketplace)

Location: Remote within Europe, Albania, Poland, Portugal, or Romania; Spain is also listed as an eligible location.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using .NET Framework 4.8 and C#.
• Own features across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through production deployment.
• Support and optimize distributed messaging and service-oriented systems built with MSMQ and WCF.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Implement and maintain distributed caching with NCache or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and product stakeholders on scalability, reliability, monitoring, and production issue resolution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial software development experience with .NET and C#.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Framework 4.8, object-oriented programming, system design, and software architecture.
• Hands-on experience with MSMQ and WCF or similar technologies.
• Expert SQL Server knowledge, including relational database design, query optimization, indexing, and T-SQL.
• Experience with distributed caching, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and unit, integration, and performance testing.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
