What you will do

• Own one product module end to end, including outcomes, roadmap, lifecycle, launch, and results measurement.
• Contribute to product strategy and communicate the module roadmap to internal and external audiences.
• Define product requirements based on user problems and validated feedback.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, engineers, platform success, marketing, and operations to develop and launch solutions.
• Identify ways to use AI to improve the product experience.
• Run client and end-user feedback sessions, iterate on solutions, and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Focus on outcomes, including problems solved, metrics moved, user behavior changed, and revenue influenced.
• Strong product discovery skills, including turning ambiguity into insight and determining the next product direction.
• User empathy and the ability to start with user problems rather than feature requests.
• Builder mindset with the ability to prototype ideas quickly and discard them when they do not work.
• Ability to work fluently with designers and engineers, translate vision into prototypes, and understand technical feasibility.
• Strong judgment when balancing user value and business needs.
• Clear, concise communication with executives, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Fluency with current AI tools and the ability to use them for research, prototyping, and communicating intent.
