Salary: $118,000–$147,000 USD annual base compensation plus bonus

What you will do

• Develop and communicate product strategy for Non-steerable Asset Optimization within the Flex platform.
• Shape the product roadmap with engineering and design, prioritize customer problems, and launch MVPs to validate hypotheses.
• Improve the user experience of utility-facing products through iterative product and design work.
• Research customer needs and behaviors with utility clients throughout product development.
• Define, monitor, analyze, and report product metrics.
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, product managers, user researchers, marketers, and account managers on shared opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience leading product teams and delivering solutions to high-value customer and market problems.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical, non-technical, internal, and external audiences.
• Experience leading horizontal, multi-team initiatives around shared business goals or questions.
• User-first mindset with the ability to balance simple solutions, ambiguity, and technical constraints.
• Growth mindset and commitment to constructive feedback and collaborative problem-solving.
