What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, secure fullstack applications.
• Onboard customers by integrating external data sources with internal platforms.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using Apex, Agentforce, APIs, and custom flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Investigate complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, engineering standards, and mentorship of junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 4 years in a fullstack role.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and security, including permission sets, external credentials, and field-level security.
• Strong backend development skills with Java, Python, or Node, plus experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, Bearer token authorization, API authentication, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment pipelines, Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and agile development.

Nice to have

• Salesforce development experience with Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with LWC, React, Angular, Vue, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
