Full Stack Engineer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Full Stack Engineer (Java/React/AWS): Developing and enhancing enterprise-scale investment management platforms with an accent on integrations, scalability, and cloud-native deployment. Location: Must be based in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Uruguay. Options include remote work within these countries or onsite/hybrid in Monterrey, Montevideo, and Rosario.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain full stack features using React for frontend and Spring Boot for backend services.
• Build and consume REST APIs to support system integrations and data exchange.
• Collaborate with integration teams to implement solutions using MuleSoft or similar platforms.
• Participate in system design discussions based on microservices architecture principles.
• Write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles and best practices.
• Improve delivery workflows and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and testing suites.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Practical experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Experience working with AWS environments, including EKS and Aurora.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and REST API design.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using MuleSoft or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with Git and experience working in Agile teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bitbucket, Flyway, or trunk-based development.
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks like Playwright or Selenium.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) or LLM solutions.
• Domain experience in financial services or asset management.
