Specialist, Bank Lending Operations

Location: Onsite in Westlake, Texas, United States

Salary: USD $32.74–$38.56 per hour, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Provide functional support for bank lending operations and servicing processes.
• Complete loan processing activities except underwriting, including account opening and maintenance support.
• Handle lending servicing calls with clients and Registered Investment Advisors.
• Host calls with clients applying for Pledged Asset Loans.
• Answer questions, provide alternatives, and support a positive client experience.
• Coordinate with Bank Services Team Managers to process applications, service requests, and operational activities accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of client service and/or operations experience.
• Ability to learn and navigate new systems.
• Willingness to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within defined timeframes.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and policies.
• Compliance with applicable bank policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.
