What you will do

  • Complete and mail adverse action notices to loan applicants in accordance with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.
  • Manage assigned queues to confirm compliance with regulatory obligations.
  • Receive and distribute compliance mail.
  • Manage compliance email inboxes and respond to questions and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Support the Compliance Manager with departmental projects and additional assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
  • Precise attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with internet searches and PC-based applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Full-time, on-site availability in Roseville, California.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Encompass.
