Product Designer (Sportsbook)

Location: Hybrid role associated with Atlanta, Georgia, United States and New York City.

Salary: $94,000–$193,000 USD annually, depending on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Own design delivery from problem framing and prototyping through implementation support, launch, and post-launch iteration.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, interaction details, implementation documentation, and scalable design-system components.
• Represent customer needs through research, feedback, analytics, competitive analysis, usability testing, A/B tests, and design explorations.
• Define product direction and success metrics, track design impact, and recommend evidence-based pivots.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and other design disciplines to align on goals and trade-offs.
• Facilitate workshops, design critiques, and stakeholder discussions while applying AI-assisted workflows across discovery, ideation, prototyping, synthesis, and documentation.

Requirements

• Track record of shipping thoughtful, customer-centered products.
• Strong craft skills in interaction design, visual design, systems thinking, prototyping, and accessibility.
• Hands-on fluency with modern design practices, design thinking, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use research, analytics, and feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Deep customer empathy and commitment to accessibility and inclusive design.
• Strong ownership, bias toward execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• At least 3 years of experience in product design or a closely related role.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in sports betting, iGaming, or another fast-moving, regulated consumer technology domain.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts, including React Native, JavaScript, and component-based UI, to support engineering collaboration.
