Business Manager, Global Product

Location: Downers Grove, Illinois, United States. Hybrid workplace model requiring at least four full days per week in an hirify.global office.

Salary: $115,000–$155,000 annually, plus incentive pay.

What you will do

• Coordinate the Global Product pipeline across regional, private markets, and digital assets teams.
• Develop management reports, dashboards, analytics, KPIs, presentations, briefing materials, and action logs for leadership and governance forums.
• Coordinate agendas, materials, communications, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings, committees, town halls, and product governance activities.
• Manage strategic planning, roadmaps, OGSM reporting, milestones, business cases, project plans, audit items, risk issues, and organizational commitments.
• Support cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Investments, Distribution, Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Human Resources.
• Support technology and data initiatives, AI adoption, budget tracking, expense reporting, headcount planning, and other operational activities.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in business management, product management, strategy, project management, operations, consulting, finance, or a related function within financial services or asset management.
• Understanding of asset management, investment products, product development, and governance processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience collaborating across Product, Investments, Distribution, Technology, Finance, Risk, Operations, and other functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related discipline required.

Nice to have

• Experience with management reporting, dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, Power BI, data visualization tools, or project management platforms.
• Interest in technology, data, automation, and AI-enabled business processes.
• MBA and/or CFA.
