Salary: USD 85,000–160,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Drive AI user engagement and product adoption across Asset Management.
• Develop and deliver training, communications, and AI prompt use cases.
• Use adoption data and team feedback to inform product development and training strategy.
• Collect user feedback and communicate findings to product and development teams.
• Coordinate with AI transformation teams on communications for product launches and major enhancements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in client-facing customer success.
• Proficiency with AI capabilities and hirify.global AI tooling.
• Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Experience creating effective AI prompts for productivity.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven skills.
• High accountability, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet short deadlines.
