Senior UX Designer (AI)

Location: Remote from Buenos Aires, Argentina; customer visits to the United States are part of the role, and a valid US visa or ESTA is required.

What you will do

• Own product workflows end-to-end with Product and Engineering, from discovery through launch and measurement.
• Visit warehouses to observe workers and use research findings to improve product decisions.
• Design dynamic, context-aware flows for scanners, mobile, desktop, and hardware-integrated surfaces.
• Extend the design system across multiple product surfaces.
• Use AI tools and determine where AI improves the user experience versus adding friction.

Requirements

• Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina and comfortable working in a remote-first environment with regular in-person collaboration.
• Valid US visa or ESTA required for customer visits.
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Fluent in Figma and able to simplify complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.
• Experience integrating AI-driven features.
• Comfortable using analytics, success metrics, and evidence-based decision-making.
