Influencer Manager, BFF (Marketing)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Develop and execute brand campaigns and go-to-market strategies for BFF in the US.
• Create campaign briefs and recommend strategic approaches based on business objectives, consumer insights, and analytics.
• Manage influencer campaigns, including sourcing, outreach, briefing, creative feedback, content review, and reporting.
• Coordinate with integrated marketing, creative, talent management, agency, and other internal and external partners.
• Track campaign performance, manage budgets, prepare presentations, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Document marketing processes, toolkits, and best practices while identifying culturally relevant opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from sourcing through reporting.
• Experience working with talent managers and creative agencies.
• Experience developing innovative go-to-market approaches and creative briefs.
• Ability to use consumer research and data to develop actionable marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, projects, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
