Influencer Partnerships Associate Manager (Influencer Marketing)

Salary: $65,000–$71,000 annually.

What you will do

• Support client relationships through call preparation, reporting, follow-ups, and client-facing materials.
• Lead influencer recruitment, seasonal activation, and optimization workstreams.
• Analyze creator and program performance to identify trends, risks, growth opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Recommend improvements to creator mix, incentives, commission structures, and content formats.
• Oversee Specialist-managed execution, quality assurance, timelines, tracking setups, reports, and creator activations.
• Mentor Influencer Partnerships Specialists and coordinate with Affiliate Account Management teams on program strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships.
• Experience supporting client relationships and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ or similar platforms, Excel or Sheets, and project management tools.
• Ability to translate performance data into clear insights aligned with client KPIs.
