What you will do

• Identify and source creators across priority categories and social platforms.
• Research and evaluate gifting partners based on audience demographics, engagement, content quality, and brand alignment.
• Execute creator outreach and build relationships to secure gifting partnerships.
• Coordinate gifted product orders, shipping, tracking, delivery timelines, and creator follow-ups.
• Track creator content, campaign data, deliverables, and performance across social platforms.
• Support reporting and optimize sourcing approaches using reach, engagement, response rates, and posting rates.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, including campaign management and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
• Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing influencer and internal relationships.
• Analytical, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in fashion, sustainability, and hirify.global’s brand mission.
