Senior AI Architect

What you will do

• Design high-level architectures for conversational AI experiences.
• Define interactions between user intents, workflows, tools, APIs, and backend systems.
• Guide the use of LangGraph and similar agent orchestration patterns.
• Define MCP or structured-contract approaches for tool and API integration.
• Establish observability for LLM calls, tool calls, latency, cost, failures, and quality.
• Support technical decisions across frontend, backend, AI, cloud, SRE, QA, security, and product teams.

Requirements

• Experience with AI/ML, conversational AI, or LLM-based products.
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LangGraph or comparable agentic AI orchestration frameworks, including LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Understanding of intent routing, state management, tool calling, fallback handling, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry.
• Understanding of backend APIs, cloud architecture, enterprise integrations, and LLM observability.
• Strong communication skills for explaining architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MCP or tool integration experience.
• Exposure to vector search.
• Experience with consumer-facing, CRM, contact center, or enterprise portal systems.
