is advancing connected manufacturing operations through a Digital Manufacturing team and an Industry 4.0 roadmap.
What you will do
- Lead Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and MES initiatives improving throughput, quality, traceability, compliance, and execution reliability.
- Translate manufacturing requirements into MES designs, workflows, electronic records, process models, and system configurations.
- Lead MES deployment, enhancement, lifecycle support, roadmap ownership, and continuous improvement at the site.
- Drive OT/IT integration across MES, ERP, LIMS, SPC, historians, and automation platforms.
- Own complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, validation, change control, user acceptance testing, and release readiness.
- Coach cross-functional teams and site stakeholders on digital manufacturing standards and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience delivering, supporting, or optimizing MOM solutions in manufacturing, preferably in 24/7 facilities.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, batch or discrete operations, recipe and workflow execution, electronic records, genealogy, traceability, and exception management.
- Experience with Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, smart factory initiatives, MES integrations, ISA-95, MOM, and OT/IT convergence.
- Experience with process mapping, requirements elicitation, solution design, validation, change control, root cause investigation, and regulated manufacturing documentation.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and cross-cultural team leadership skills, including experience as an MES Lead.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree or MES/MOM certification.
- Experience with Critical Manufacturing, Camline, Ignition, LabWare, or comparable MES ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Rockwell, Siemens, GE, or Keyence automation and controls technologies.
