Analyst Development Program - Finance & Operations Rotational Track (CFO Org)

Location: Must live within commutable distance of the New York City, Chicago, or Bethesda, MD offices and work a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Complete three analyst rotations over a two-year program across finance-specific and operational functions.
• Analyze financial results, business plans, budgets, forecasts, reporting, processes, reserves, and expenses.
• Support predictive modeling, financial systems design, configuration, testing, and integration.
• Gain exposure to financial planning and analysis, enterprise risk management, internal audit, treasury, supplier management, strategy, and facilities operations.
• Contribute to financial processing innovation and transformation while supporting hirify.global’s financial and strategic performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, FinTech, or a related analytical field by May 2027.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher; all transcripts must be submitted with the application.
• Demonstrated interest in finance through internships, student or business organizations, certifications, advanced coursework, or related engagement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Must be able to work the required hybrid schedule from a commutable location near the listed offices.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in financial systems, project management, system testing, budgeting and forecasting, FP&A, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with or interest in learning financial systems such as Workday Financials.
