Assembly Technician (Robotics)

Location: On-site in Glen Cove, New York; first shift, Monday through Friday.

Salary: $30.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus equity.

What you will do

• Assemble production robots and components according to specifications and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks and report issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Handle and distribute materials to production workstations.
• Maintain a safe and organized manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in mass production or manufacturing.
• 1+ year of hands-on assembly, maintenance, repair, or tool experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, teamwork, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in automotive, aerospace, industrial, or electromechanical manufacturing.
• Machine shop or CNC equipment experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and workplace safety practices.
