Senior Product Designer (AI Fintech)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end UX for a product area, from discovery through shipped features.
• Design UX flows, interactions, and polished user interfaces.
• Improve conversion and task-completion metrics through better product experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and design language.
• Help establish design processes and structure as the team scales.
• Collaborate directly with product managers and engineers from problem definition to implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design roles.
• Experience in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
• Strong end-to-end product design skills across UX flows, interaction design, and UI.
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and drive decisions with limited guidance.
• Experience contributing to and evolving a design system or design language.
• Comfort working in a small team with high individual ownership.
