Senior AI Product Designer

What you will do

• Design AI-powered product experiences for medical documentation, patient summaries, AI search, and clinical workflows.
• Create interaction patterns for agent workflows, multimodal interactions, model uncertainty, verification, and clinician approval flows.
• Drive product discovery from ambiguous problem spaces through concept development, high-fidelity prototyping, and user validation.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers, product managers, software engineers, and clinicians to translate model capabilities into intuitive experiences.
• Contribute AI-specific components and interaction patterns to the design system and establish AI design principles across the platform.
• Develop validation approaches for AI-assisted experiences and contribute to design quality through feedback and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex software products in B2B, enterprise, or similarly demanding environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and visual craft.
• Experience designing AI-powered products and understanding non-deterministic systems, model uncertainty, verification, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong UX research, interaction design, high-fidelity prototyping, concept validation, and scalable design system experience.
• Ability to collaborate with Machine Learning engineers, product managers, software engineers, and clinicians.
• Fluent English and solid German proficiency required; the role is on-site in Munich.
