Location: Virtual - Germany; minimum 40% international travel required

What you will do
- Define global product strategies, technology roadmaps, and portfolio priorities for the Power Semiconductor Business Unit.
- Optimize the product portfolio, prioritize investments, and identify strategic growth opportunities across global markets.
- Own product lifecycle management and business strategy for new product development from concept definition through launch and commercialization.
- Develop business cases, product positioning, investment recommendations, pricing strategies, forecasts, and allocation plans.
- Build market, customer, and competitive intelligence capabilities and translate insights into actionable portfolio strategies.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global Product Marketing and Product Management organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Business Management, or a comparable leadership role within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong commercial, strategic, and technical business acumen with a deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, applications, and markets.
- Proven experience defining product roadmaps, developing business cases, launching products, and leading global cross-functional organizations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
- Fluent English communication skills required; German language skills are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally at least 40% is required.
