Director of Product Management - Quantum Cloud

Location: Bothell, Washington, United States; based at the Bothell office with the option to work a few days per week remotely

Base salary: $200,698–$262,765 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the global Cloud Experience suite, including the cloud console, acquisition and onboarding flows, self-service pricing, and plans.
• Own the Hybrid Services suite, including the IaaS platform and hybrid execution patterns for quantum-accelerated workloads.
• Define product vision, requirements, roadmaps, priorities, and go-to-market strategies with customers, partners, engineering, design, and delivery teams.
• Manage pricing and plans, the signup-to-first-job funnel, and orchestration capabilities across HPC, workflow engines, and hybrid runtimes.
• Drive launches involving the cloud console, pricing changes, multi-region rollouts, and partner integrations.
• Use customer success, growth analytics, customer data, and partner feedback to improve product health and quality.

Requirements

• Deep product management or equivalent experience with direct ownership of a high-volume, self-service SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, developer-tools, or API product.
• Experience with product-led growth, including freemium models, tier upgrades, developer onboarding, conversion funnel optimization, and pricing experimentation.
• Deep experience with API and developer-experience design and making tradeoffs between developer ergonomics and platform capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related engineering field, or equivalent real-world experience.
• U.S. work authorization or qualifying U.S. Person status may be required for export-controlled technology and government-contract work.

Nice to have

• Experience in scientific computing or high-performance computing, or familiarity with quantum computing concepts.
• Experience with multi-region cloud infrastructure, marketplace channel integrations, or workload orchestration for ML/AI and accelerated computing.
• Advanced degree in computer science or a related engineering field, and/or an MBA.
