Staff Technical Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Design a Product Development Lifecycle framework spanning Product, Engineering, and Design across all products.
• Define stage-specific artifacts, checkpoints, exit criteria, and standards for effective execution.
• Build measurement systems that show workflow health, bottlenecks, exceptions, and delivery progress without measuring individual performance.
• Align senior stakeholders across product and technology organizations, drive adoption, and resolve ambiguity across business units.
• Define human and AI-agent responsibilities throughout the lifecycle, build AI delivery pilots, and measure their impact on speed and ROI.
• Evolve the framework based on operational results and report program health, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience designing or significantly evolving a delivery framework, execution model, or program management system.
• Experience leading cross-functional operational change and achieving genuine stakeholder adoption.
• Experience building measurement systems from ambiguous or inconsistent data and prioritizing problems effectively.
• Experience partnering with Engineering on applied AI or automation and evaluating its impact on delivery.
• Strong executive communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
