Program Manager, Business Insights and Analytics

Location: Remote within the United States; occasional travel to company offsites or key meetings. Candidates must already have US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

Base salary: $115,000–$143,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the enterprise data glossary, business definitions, and metadata documentation.
• Establish data governance policies, quality controls, and business-rule validation.
• Determine dataset fitness for use and enforce a single source of truth across business consumers.
• Document data lineage from the product data layer to stakeholder functions and external data consumers.
• Translate business data needs into governed definitions, dashboards, and reporting.
• Investigate data anomalies, manage escalations, and assess downstream impacts of data-model changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience, or equivalent depth, owning a data governance or BI function.
• Experience building and maintaining data glossaries, business definitions, and metadata documentation.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar BI tools.
• Ability to partner with finance, sales, revenue operations, customer success, data science, and medical affairs stakeholders.
• Ability to explain complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work independently, own a function end to end, and drive adoption without direct reports.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare data or another regulated data environment.
• Familiarity with dbt, Dataform, or similar data modeling and transformation tools.
• Experience with external-facing or customer-delivered data products.
