Senior HRIS Analyst I (Workday)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's headquarters in Long Beach, California, United States

Base pay range: $108,000–$135,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, optimize, and maintain HR systems across the enterprise.
• Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Payroll, EIS, IT, and vendors to deliver HRIS solutions.
• Build reports and dashboards that provide HR data and business insights.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across integrated applications.
• Design and execute system tests, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot benefit vendor integration failures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Workday HCM administration experience with a bachelor's degree, or 9+ years of total relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience gathering business requirements and delivering solutions.
• Technical experience with HR, recruitment, payroll, and collaboration tools; Workday experience is required.
• Experience writing HRIS solution documents and technical or functional specifications.
• Experience with Workday Studio, calculated fields, and Workday Extend for integrations and custom solutions.
• For U.S. offices, eligibility to work with ITAR-regulated technology is required, including U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, refugee or asylum status, or the required government authorizations.

Nice to have

• Workday HCM certification or training.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
