Program Manager (Retail)

What you will do

• Supervise production staff and oversee project execution and client service across the practice.
• Align resources with projects, monitor staffing needs, and support hiring and improvement decisions.
• Lead interviews, employee evaluations, development, mentoring, discipline, and operational management.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to industry presence, project pursuits, proposals, and fee structures.
• Ensure drawings, specifications, reports, and analyses meet scope, schedule, cost, quality, and practice requirements.
• Serve as Project Manager for critical clients and projects when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, marketing, or business preferred; relevant leadership experience may substitute.
• At least eight years of relevant experience, including a minimum of two years in personnel or project management.
• Experience developing client-focused engineering teams and motivating, directing, and coaching staff.
• Broad proficiency in engineering design fundamentals and advanced knowledge of the A&E industry, codes, design guides, and standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, quality orientation, integrity, and continuous-learning skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English and legal authorization to work in the United States.
