(USA) Director, Program Management

Location: Onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office, United States

Annual salary: $90,000–$180,000, plus performance-based bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and develop program plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in prioritizing, scoping, and evaluating enterprise-wide projects.
• Improve operational processes by identifying opportunities and implementing best practices.
• Define success criteria, manage risks, and communicate requirements with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Monitor program metrics, analyze outcomes, and guide return-on-investment evaluations.
• Coach and mentor employees, support succession planning, and promote ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience, or 7 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• Experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or a related area.
• At least 4 years of experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality.
• At least 4 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic planning, communication, stakeholder management, and program performance evaluation skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Bentonville, Arkansas home office.

Nice to have

• Experience developing training curricula or content.
• Experience managing large-scale change initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Retail consulting experience or relevant experience in merchandising, operations, marketing, or finance.
• At least 2 years in a role requiring strategy development.
