Lab Analyst II

Location: Bozeman, Montana, United States

Base compensation: $19.59–$24.52 per hour, plus an annual 10% bonus opportunity.

hirify.global' Sterilization and Disinfection Control division manufactures biological and chemical indicators that assess sterilization and disinfection effectiveness for pharmaceutical, healthcare, and dental industries.

What you will do

• Support R&D projects focused on manufacturing improvements and new product development.
• Collect, label, prepare, and analyze samples according to established or experimental protocols.
• Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Enter laboratory data, maintain data integrity and confidentiality, and prepare reports for senior personnel.
• Manage laboratory supplies and reagents while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Train Lab Analyst I staff and new employees on laboratory protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and safety protocols, including hazardous-material handling.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with laboratory information systems and software.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work at the Bozeman, Montana laboratory location.

Nice to have

• BS in microbiology, biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
