What you will do

• Define the technical vision for OneApp, OneWeb, Assisted Channels and Conversational Bankhirify.global.
• Influence technology decisions across omnichannel teams, products and countries.
• Ensure solutions are secure, reliable, scalable and reusable across the hirify.global network.
• Solve complex engineerhirify.global challenges and remove technical barriers to scale.
• Drive engineerhirify.global excellence and accelerate AI and agentic solution adoption.
• Advise the Omnichannel CIO and leadership team on technical strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineerhirify.global experience in complex, large-scale technology environments.
• Experience buildhirify.global and operathirify.global customer-fachirify.global and mobile solutions with a focus on reliability, security and operational excellence.
• Ability to solve technical challenges with impact across products, domains or countries.
• Strong communication and influenchirify.global skills up to CIO level.
• Technical foundation in architecture, security, reliability, testhirify.global and engineerhirify.global practices such as DDD, TDD and XP.
• Experience across front-end, back-end, mobile, AI, agentic solutions or platform engineerhirify.global, as well as mentorhirify.global engineers and definhirify.global technology visions.
