Tech Lead – Adherence (Fintech): Driving the evolution of adherence platforms to make risk and compliance processes seamless for engineers with an accent on technical strategy, architectural alignment, and scalable integration. What you will do
- Set technical direction and drive architectural alignment across Requirements Manager, Solution Manager, Solution Compass, and Deviation Manager platforms.
- Translate complex regulatory and internal requirements into actionable insights, platforms, and standardized solutions.
- Coach multiple squads on end-to-end value thinking to deliver impact beyond individual components.
- Strengthen integration with Nexa platforms across the adherence chain to enable actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, risk, and security domains to embed compliance into daily development workflows.
Requirements
- Experience as a Tech Lead or senior engineer in complex environments.
- Strong background in cloud platforms, CI/CD, and automation.
- Proven experience designing scalable and integrated architectures.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
- Must be based in the Netherlands with valid work authorization (no relocation provided).

- Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,994 and EUR 8,563 for a 36-hour work week.
