Tech Lead – Adherence

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands. Candidates must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands; relocation from another country is not considered.

Salary: €5,994–€8,563 gross per month for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do

• Set technical strategy and drive architectural alignment across the full adherence chain.
• Align Requirements Manager, Solution Manager, Solution Compass, and Deviation Manager into a cohesive platform ecosystem.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy requirements become actionable insights, measurable outcomes, and reusable engineering practices.
• Strengthen integration with Nexa platforms across the adherence chain.
• Coach multiple squads on end-to-end value delivery and work closely with engineering, risk, and security domains.

Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead or senior engineer in complex environments.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, CI/CD, and automation.
• Experience designing scalable and integrated architectures.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complexity, drive alignment, and maintain an end-to-end value-delivery mindset.
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands is required.
