What you will do

• Set technical direction and drive architectural alignment across Requirements Manager, Solution Manager, Solution Compass, and Deviation Manager platforms.
• Translate complex regulatory and internal requirements into actionable insights, platforms, and standardized solutions.
• Coach multiple squads on end-to-end value thinking to deliver impact beyond individual components.
• Strengthen integration with Nexa platforms across the adherence chain to enable actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, and security domains to embed compliance into daily development workflows.

Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead or senior engineer in complex environments.
• Strong background in cloud platforms, CI/CD, and automation.
• Proven experience designing scalable and integrated architectures.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Must be based in the Netherlands with valid work authorization (no relocation provided).
